Blue Leotard and Red Cape
The Red Hearts Costume is only worn by Sakura in Episode 55: Sakura and Sakura from Wonderland , in which Sakura transforms the Clow Cards Big and Little.
It’s unique in that Tomoyo did not personally design it, instead Sakura is magically wearing the costume immediately upon entering a simulacrum of Wonderland inhabited by copy counterparts of her family and friends.
Design
It has an overall red color with puffy sleeves and panties under a white apron and a skirt ending with a big ribbon tied around the back. Black stockings reach up the legs, and Sakura wears red shoes with a heart motif on each, complemented by a black ribbon placed in the way of neck collar and a red ribbon in her hair.
